To withdraw some or all of your play balance back to your main wallet, follow these steps.
Click on the pink "Wallet" button in the center of the navigation bar.
To open the deposit or withdrawal interface, click the transfer icon (🔁) next to the token you wish to deposit.
Toggle to the "Withdraw" tab.
To make a partial withdrawal, input some amount (less than the available play balance) and click "Withdraw".
If you wish to withdrawal all funds and end the session, click this button (or input the max amount). In this case, your temporary account will be fully closed and all SOL "rent" returned to your wallet.
You will be asked to sign a transaction to approve this action and to cover the temporary SOL "rent" for this action to take place (this rent will be returned to you after the process completes).
The process to apply the withdrawal may take a few seconds to confirm (or slightly longer in cases of high congestion on Solana). You will see a loading symbol appear in the balances widget and a message in the bottom left hand corner updating on the progress.
You will be asked to sign a transaction which makes the transfer on Solana mainnet and returns your SOL rent back to you.
You will see a success message and the balance widget should reflect the withdrawal of funds from your play balance back to your primary wallet.
In rare cases, the withdrawal may fail or stop part way through. This is generally due to issues landing transactions on a congested Solana network. We suggest the following:
Leave the page sit for about 2 minutes and refresh
After the refresh, either you should see that the balance has updated, or a message in the bottom left hand corner may indicate that the deposit is being retried.
If after this the issue still persists, please raise a ticker on our support channel.
