It is vital that you read through and understand all the information in the pages below before playing on Zeebit's Public Alpha!

Zeebit has gone through internal testing and closed alpha testing, but may still contain bugs and issues - which is why the platform remains in 'Public Alpha'.

Zeebit is built on top of two very new technologies — MagicBlock's Ephemeral Rollup model (on Solana mainnet) and Sonic's new SVM Network Extension. These technologies are still in active development and may themselves be subject to bugs or issues from time-to-time.

If you choose to interact with Zeebit, MagicBlock and Sonic we ask that you are patience and raise any issues that you encounter on our support channels.

Be aware of

Zeebit v1 completed a formal audit with security experts Sec3. A full audit of the Zeebit v2 protocol has not yet completed.
Public Alpha runs on mainnet, which means placing bets involves real tokens with real value. As with all gambling, please only bet with what you can afford to lose as you’re using real assets.
Liquidity in the protocol's pool is still limited and certain platform functionality has not yet been enabled. Please read the Known Limitations & Disabled Features section to understand more.
Solana Mainnet has seen patches of latency over the last 12 months due to greatly increased user activity - read more on the subject in Solana Network Congestion. MagicBlock and Sonic are two solutions Zeebit has implemented to overcome these issues, but "choke points" may still arise where Solana mainnet network latency may cause less-than-ideal user experience.

Project Assurance

We understand that participating in Public Alpha comes with a certain degree of risk. That's why the project wants to provide the following assurances to participants at this stage:

Participation is recorded! Users who interact and provide valuable feedback will be noted and considered for future community rewards and recognition.
If an error in the protocol leads to incorrect losses (i.e. a bet is incorrectly settled), the team will endeavor to make users whole for this, within reason. Of course, there should be no intention by players to game this gesture of good will or exploit such an error for that purpose.

The assessment of whether such a loss has occurred and whether compensation should be made will be at the sole discretion of the team. The intention here is that sincere losses resulting from bugs or errors are made whole. It is expected that:

Any such issue should be reported to the team ASAP.
There should be no intent by the player to exploit such an error and the goodwill gesture offered here.
The player should be operating within reasonable scale of funds - i.e. modest sums kept in the interacting wallet and modest sums of funds wagered.

Known limitations and disabled features

You may encounter some of the issues below – which are either by design or are features which are not yet enabled.

Please don't report or flag these unless they are behaving in a way that you would not expect:

Geoblocking - Geoblocking is in place for a list of prohibited jurisdictions. While the protocol is decentralized and distributed, the platform is subject to some risks. The list of prohibited jurisdictions may change over time but has been put in place with thoughtful consideration by the team and legal advisors with the aim of ensuring the longevity of the project.
Limited Liquidity - Liquidity in the protocol's pool is partially limited during the early stage of Public Beta. For this reason you won't be able to make massive bets. This is not a bug/problem – the protocol's risk management is simply doing its job correctly when faced with very limited capital. The house's liquidity will be gradually increased, and will be ramped up heavily once primary smart contract audits are complete.
Available Features - Certain features of the app are not yet enabled - this includes promotions, collecting referral commissions, notifications, information on levels/ranks/benefits, rakeback and other bonuses, as well as many games still under development. It is possible to create referral links and accrue referral revenue share, but the ability to claim those rewards has not yet been enabled. Many of these features have been developed into the underlying protocol/smart contracts, and we're hard at work to get them integrated into the platform as soon as possible.
Solana Congestion - Solana mainnet has recently been strained due to sudden growth in user numbers and on-chain activity. Slow transaction speeds or latency may be common until solutions are implemented by both Solana at the network level, as well as by our team and others. Mobile Device UIs: There may be occasional display glitches on some mobile devices. Designing and building a terrific UI that accommodates every variation of mobile screen is a very difficult task.
