If you're using a social login wallet, no need to perform this step. It's handled automatically.
To get started you'll need a browser wallet which supports Sonic Testnet. You can choose from:
Backpack
OKX Wallet
Or login with socials using Google, Twitter or other support social authentication
Copy and paste your wallet address. If you don't know where to find this, there's a section for Backpack and OKX wallet.
This can also be found on the Zeebit application in the wallet dropdown (top right and side). If you're using a Social login, use this approach.
Visit the Sonic Faucet at: https://faucet.sonic.game/#/?network=testnet.v1
Make sure api.testnet.sonic.game is selected as the network
Enter your wallet's address (see Find your wallets address)
Click confirm airdrop
Check your wallet balance to see that the funds have arrived
The Sonic Testnet Faucet is rate limited to 0.5 SOL, and you'll need this SOL to cover gas costs.
For an infinite amount of play tokens, you can airdrop testnet "play" USDC and USDT at any time, provided you have a little gas to cover the cost (0.00005 SOL).
When connected to the Zeebit Sonic Testnet dapp, go to the "Faucet" (or "Airdrop") button in the navigation bar. From there switch to the "USDC Airdrop" tab and click "Airdrop USDC".
If you're using a browser wallet like Backpack or OKX, you'll be asked to sign a transaction in your wallet. Within a few seconds you should see your balance has increased (in both your wallet and on the dapp UI).
